Job Summary
Titan Robotics Inc. is looking to hire Project Managers at various levels of experience. Titan is on the leading edge of large-scale robotics and automation in the aerospace industry. The primary purpose of this PM position is to provide direction, leadership, and accountability for project management efforts across the enterprise. This will include the procurement and construction of robotic systems with purchasing and inventory tracking, development and deployment of software enhancements, and tracking, maintaining, and installing systems in the field.
Responsibilities and Duties
The ideal PM will have a very strong technical background in engineering, robotics, artificial intelligence, or materials science. The PM should also be familiar with PMBOK and PMI principles and have experience with commercial and/or defense contracting.
The PM will be responsible for, but not limited to the following tasks:
• Apply project management techniques during all phases of the projects with responsibilities including scope management, cost control, schedule management, and status reporting.
• Drive, develop, track, and manage project budgets, project plans, timelines, and scope.
• Review timesheets, travel expenses, and project purchases.
• Ensure appropriate development and project management processes are being utilized.
• Make presentations to management and external customers.
• Communicate effectively.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Robotics.
• Must demonstrate the ability and have experience working on multiple tasks concurrently.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong project financial management, organizational, and administrative skills to execute project deliverables.
• Ability to stay on task and respond timely to requests, deadlines, and internal duties.
• Microsoft Office and Project experience.
• Ability to travel as required (up to 20%).
Preferred Qualifications
• Technical background in robotics, Al/ML, software development, or automation.
• Experience with Cost, Fixed Price and T&M contracts.
• Experience with current project management tools.
• Project Management Professional certification.

Job Summary
Titan Robotics is seeking a hands-on Electrical Robotics Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the assembly, integration, and maintenance of robotic systems by building high-quality electrical components including wiring, cable harnesses, control panels, and sensor interfaces. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, experienced with electrical assembly in a production or R&D environment, and comfortable troubleshooting issues on complex electromechanical systems. The candidate must provide regular communication to the engineering team on technical issues. Mechanical assembly experience is also a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties
Terminate wires and connectors (crimping, pinning, ferrules, etc.).
Build and route cable harnesses to engineering specifications.
Read and interpret wiring schematics and cable drawings.
Perform high-quality through-hole and cup terminal soldering.
Build and wire electrical control panels and junction boxes.
Mount components, label wiring, and ensure correct routing.
Verify assemblies for safety, functionality, and compliance.
Assist with robotic system wiring during build and integration.
Use multimeters, oscilloscopes, cable testers, and diagnostic tools to troubleshoot. electrical issues such as shorts, intermittent faults, and sensor failures.
Perform electrical wiring modifications to robotic equipment.
Provide feedback to engineering to improve designs and assembly processes.
Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a tidy, organized workspace.
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Estimated yearly travel 25% or less.

Prior experience manufacturing wire harnesses and cables.
Knowledge of various wire harness tools.

You’ll partner directly with end users, internal full stack engineering teams, and business development teams to evaluate customer applications, define technical approaches, and develop automated process solutions using our advanced multi-tool robotic platform.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site application evaluations with business development to understand customer challenges and identify automation opportunities.
Develop and optimize robotic process solutions for surface finishing applications — including abrasive selection, sequencing, and multi-tool integration.

Communicate confidently with operators, engineers, and executive leadership across diverse industrial sectors.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in robotics and automation — ideally within grinding, sanding, polishing, deburring, or related surface treatment applications.
Familiarity with robotic integration, toolpath programming, and process optimization for industrial automation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable interfacing with shop floor operators and senior leadership alike.
Ability to travel up to 35% (domestic, occasional international).

Key Responsibilities
Design industrial electrical systems based on system requirements and project scope.
Develop engineering drawings including electrical panel layouts, power distribution, networking, safety circuits, digital/analog I/O, and cable schedules.
Generate and manage Bill of Materials (BOM) throughout the project life cycle.
Perform calculations for proper sizing of electrical components such as breakers, fuses, terminals, cables, and wire gauge. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including mechanical, controls, software, systems engineers and assembly technicians.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

Strong candidates will demonstrate a passion for complex systems, product ecosystems, design systems and branding. This internship is ideal for a design generalist who can quickly explore concepts, execute high-quality design deliverables, and support a variety of marketing and branding initiatives. Experience or interest in interaction design is a plus, but the primary focus will be on visual design.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong team collaboration and communication skills.
Design and produce visual assets for print and digital marketing (catalogs, brochures, social media graphics, email campaigns).
Develop trade show and event materials, including booth graphics and signage.
Create branded merchandise, including stickers, t-shirts, and other promotional items.
Assist in developing and evolving brand identity systems, including logos, typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines.

Experience with storyboarding, video editing, and sequential art, and storytelling. You’ll need to work with nearly all other engineering groups at Titan to develop the right solutions so excellent collaboration and communication skills is a must.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
Desired Qualifications:
Familiarity with Human-Centered Design structured design methods for engaging stakeholders in concept generation and feedback.

Hand-on experience in building physical prototypes for testing digital, physical, or hybrid product design concepts for feedback and evaluation.
